We sell personalized 11oz ceramic mugs. Each mug is printed to order with the rank, category and color you choose at checkout. Nothing is pre-made; every mug is produced specifically for you.

The rankings, populations and verdicts on this site are jokes, made for fun. They are not statements of fact about any real person and are not meant to be taken seriously. You are responsible for who you buy a mug for and what it says.

Prices are shown before you pay and include any applicable taxes. Shipping is free worldwide. The currency you see depends on your location. We may correct obvious pricing errors; if we do, we will tell you before your order is produced and you can cancel for a full refund.

Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, when we confirm it by email after payment. If we cannot fulfill an order we will refund you in full.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Mugs are printed and shipped by our print and fulfillment partner. Because each mug is made to order, orders usually arrive in about 5 to 8 working days, though this can vary. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly.

Each mug is personalized and made to order. For that reason the usual 14-day right to change your mind does not apply once production has started, and we cannot accept returns simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your legal rights. If your mug arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us at hello@rankyourdad.com within 30 days of delivery, with a photo, and we will replace it or refund you in full. You do not need to pay to return a faulty item.

Please provide accurate information when ordering. Do not use the site to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or interfere with how it works. We may refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably believe it breaks these terms, and refund any payment taken.

We provide the site and mugs with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in its courts. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law where you live.
